The Quick Pitch System permits easy construction of traditional mortar bed shower floors with the proper minimum water drainage slope of 1/4" per 12" run.
With this time-saving system there is now no chance for an error in measurement, or the need for a level, to achieve a properly sloped shower floor. The Quick Pitch System uses a Center Ring and tapered Float Sticks to assure the correct drainage slope in standard or custom shower areas with walls up to 6' in any direction from the floor drain. This system does not add to the pan liner pre-slope as the Center Ring sits on top of the drain flange bolts.

Included in each full kit package is 6 Pre-Pitch Sticks (1/8" to 7/8" x 36" long) and installation instructions.
**Note: This is for use on the sub floor only to slope the liner - use Quick-Pitch sticks for your tile shower floor slope.
If your shower sub-floor exceeds the standard 36" x 60" shower areas with a centered drain, or for custom shower areas where the drain is more than 36" from each wall, you will need to order the Pre-Pitch Extended Sticks.
Each Quick Pitch Standard Kit includes 6 Tapered Float Sticks (1" to 1 3/4" taper x 36" long) and 4" Center Ring (3 5/8" inside diameter x 1" high) **Note: Pre-Pitch is recommended - to be used to slope your liner above your sub floor.
Kirb-Perfect is designed to cover a 4 1/2"W x 30"L x 5 1/2"H curb. If your curb is longer than 30 In. you will need to order an additional Kirb-Perfect Kit. Please measure your curb accurately to avoid any shortage for your project.
This Quick Pitch Universal Center Ring is required when using the Quick Pitch System with an ebbe Square Drain in your mortar bed installation, and is as easy as 1-2-3 to install.
This patented ring is designed to sit on top of the bolt flange and under the Quick Pitch Center Ring prior to installing your mortar bed, and is designed to keep the mortar from plugging the weeping holes in the drain.
4" Center Ring is a collar to protect cement from bonding to the drain threads allowing a tile setter the ability to adjust the drain height to the thickness of tile after the mortar bed is hard.
The Handi-Kirb™ Shower Curb is a stay-in-place plastic form for roll-in, wheelchair accessible shower curb where recessing the compartment floor is not possible or practical.
These clips hold the Quick Pitch Standard and Extended Float sticks in place for the installation on a wood or concrete sub-floor. Package contains 12 clips, 24 screws and 12 double-sided tape pieces.
If you shower area is larger than a 30"x60", you may want to order a couple of extra Pre-Pitch Sticks in addition to the pre-pitch kit to make it easier to float your floor.
