The Pre-Pitch Float Stick System permits easy construction of shower floors to get the perfect pitch every time to conform with the proper minimum water drainage slope of 1/4" per ft. requirement. With this time-saving system there is now no chance for an error in measurement, or the need for a level, to achieve a properly pre-pitched shower floor. These slope bars are sold in packages of 6.

The Pre-Pitch Kits is used for standard 36" x 60" shower areas with a centered drain, or custom shower areas where the drain is within 36" of each wall. If your shower area exceeds these measurements you will need to order the Pre-Pitch Extended Float Sticks for shower areas where the walls are more than 36" (but less than 72") from the floor drain. Included in each package is 6 Pre-Pitch Sticks (1/8" to 7/8" x 36" long) and installation instructions.

Standard three part drain is included in every Dix Systems Oneliner package.

Bituthene is used to wrap around the 3 - 2"x4" wooden curb and OneLiner to waterproof the curb. Each Dix Systems OneLiner comes with 5 linear feet of bituthene that will cover up to approximately 42" of curb. Please measure your curb accurately and order accordingly to avoid any shortage for your project.

Build a shower curb with perfect pitch every time!
Kirb-Perfect is a stay-in-place plastic form for building perfect shower curbs. Kirb-Perfect is designed to be used with a pan liner. It can be used with or without a 2 x 4 wood curb. With molded in dovetail connecting lugs, this curb can be used for multiple length installations. Each piece of the Kirb-Perfect Shower Curb is easily cut with a hacksaw, PVC cutters or angle grinder. Kirb-Perfect comes complete with two 5-1/2"H x 30"L side panels, and one 4-1/2"W x 30"L top panel. Also supplied are two (1-1/4" long) and eight (3/4" long) stainless steel self tapping screws and illustrated installation instructions.

Kirb-Perfect is designed to cover a 5 - 1/2 Ft H.x 30 In.L x 4 - 1/2 Ft W. curb. If your curb is longer than 30 In. you will need to order an additional Kirb-Perfect Kit. Please measure your curb accurately to avoid any shortage for your project.

The Quick Pitch System uses a Center Ring and tapered Float Sticks to assure the correct drainage slope in standard or custom shower areas with walls up to 6' in any direction from the floor drain. This system does not add to the pan liner preslope as the Center Ring sits on top of the drain flange bolts.

For use in custom showers, or jobs with multiple tiled areas. Consists of 10 each of both the Flexible Section and Rigid Section. Supplied with carrying case.

This 13" long section has four living hinges that conform to curves, inside and outside corners. A level vial set in each end makes it easy to maintain level around corners. This section can be attached to another Flexible Section, or a Rigid Section, and has five slots for attaching to the wall. Molded of yellow plastic and is 13-15/16" long x 1-1/4" wide x 2" high.

This 27" long section is for straight walls and has a single level vial in the center. It can be attached to another Rigid Section, or a Flexible Section, and has four slots for attaching to the wall. Molded of red plastic and is 26-7/8" long x 1-1/4" wide x 2" high.
