	OneLiner There is a widespread misconception that once a ceramic tile floor is in place, all water will be shed by the slope to the drain and will be removed via the drain. What is not understood is that, in fact, there is a substantial penetration of water through the grout into the mortar bed under the ceramic tile. Therefore, it is crucial that the proper liner be installed in the shower floor prior to the installation of the slope leading to the drain. Over the past 20 years, several improvements have been made regarding the installation of ceramic tile showers that enhance their construction, causing them to be more durable. However, the one exception had been with the shower floor. Hence the OneLiner. We at Dix Systems Inc have developed the OneLiner, a structured liner for use in ceramic tiled showers that will stop any leakage from the shower floor and help prevent mildew problems. 	Quick Pitch System The Quick Pitch System permits easy construction of shower floors with the proper minimum water drainage slope of 1/4" per 12" run. With this time-saving system there is now no chance for an error in measurement, or the need for a level, to achieve a properly sloped shower floor. The Quick Pitch System uses a Center Ring and tapered Float Sticks to assure the correct drainage slope in standard or custom shower areas with walls up to 6' in any direction from the floor drain. This system does not add to the pan liner preslope as the Center Ring sits on top of the drain flange bolts. These homes now have the luxury of heated floors to keep you warm even after stepping out of the shower. Mesh backed rolls, embedded in thinset cement at the time floor installation is conducted. The product is ideal for Ceramic Tile , Stone and Hardwood floors . For heated areas smaller than 150 square feet we recommend the 120V heating rolls; for areas over 150 feet we recommend the 240V heating rolls.
